After completing their studies, every individual looks forward to a good job with ample opportunities. Our 17 or more years of study and other achievements are nutshell in few sheet of paper; resume or curriculum vitae (CV). Resume just reflects our past education but not our personality. When we go for a job, resume is not the only thing which is going to be judged or we will not be given a job only on the basis of our resume. INTERVIEW counts a lot at the time we go for a job. 1.Research about the company: 
Before going for the interview get to know about the company you are applying in and the job applying for. Learn about the product or services that company provides. Get to know about the targeted customer and the competitors of the company. Also search about the interviewer. All this research will help you to understand the needs and demands of the company. You will be able to know how to impress the interviewer and sell yourself at great deal. 
2. Be prepared at first: 
After all the research work about the company second step leads to how to prepare yourself for the upcoming interview. There are some basic common questions in every interview, prepare them for the day; for the rest of the questions you can simply keep highlight points in your mind. Moreover take extra copies of resume, references and some papers to take notes if necessary. Also make a list of few questions to ask at the end from interviewer about the work. Be prepared for any possible thing at the interview. 
3. Dress for confidence: 
As soon as you enter the room your first impression will be the clothes you are wearing. Your dressing reflects your personality and makes you feel confident. 8. Give specific examples: 
If they ask you something explain them with examples but those examples should be specific and relevant to what is asked. Panel is not interested in your long stories of life. They want focused people with clear aim in life. Those who can focus on things assigned to them. 
9. Ask questions: 
At the end of interview ask questions from the panel and discuss matter with them. This will make them know that you always want your views and concepts to be clear. 
10. Follow up: 
Follow the company and get their mails or emails. This will keep you in touch with the company. U can also follow the panel and personally email them saying thanks after the interview. This will let you know what are updates of the company and this will also level your impression high.
